Your team already uses AI. The gap is the reps.

Help a team that already uses AI build repeatable management practice by choosing one recurring decision, reviewing its evidence and improving the next handoff together.

Access is a starting point

For a team with access, occasional drafting does not establish a reliable way to prepare a decision. Practice may help, but it is not the only possible constraint: poor source data, unclear ownership or missing authorization can also prevent useful work.

This is a management point of view and a proposed practice routine. It does not report customer observations, measured time savings or a controlled training study.

Choose one familiar decision

Pick work with an existing reviewer and a known output. A weekly operating review or recurring capacity decision is easier to compare than a different task each time. Agree what evidence people may share and what the manager needs to approve.

Use the Upskill Decision Loop as the common structure. Signal and Structure keep facts and hypotheses distinct. Options makes trade-offs visible. Pilot limits the next commitment. Measure uses the next review to decide what should change.

Review the work together

Inspect an output against the agreed criteria. Identify where a source was missing, a cause overstated or an action unclear. Keep corrections alongside the brief so the next attempt starts with a better definition of the work.

Choose a short practice period and review before adding another workflow. If the evidence or permissions are insufficient, resolve that constraint first. Repetition cannot repair an input nobody is authorized to use.

Share a deliberate handoff

The Team-based Project Cowork preview illustrates shared project context, private exploration and a reviewed summary another teammate can continue from. Access depends on the account and plan; confirm it before inviting teammates.

A shared summary is a deliberate publication choice. It does not publish the original private chat, attachments or Artifact HTML. Review what the next person needs and keep the decision owner visible.

Decide whether to continue

Track accepted work, corrections, total preparation and review effort, and whether the team reused the brief. These measures support a decision to retain, revise or stop the routine. They do not guarantee a productivity improvement; that conclusion needs actual evidence from the work.
